Restored English Translation of Genesis: Chapter 3

The next installment of my Restored English Translation (RET): Beresheet (Genesis) chapter 3. As usual, it contains the Aleph Tav and the Hebrew names and a glossary for the Hebrew names. Nothing much else to make a commentary out of, apart from an observation about the serpent who tempted Chavah (Eve). Notice verse 14: “And YEHOVAH ELOHIM said to the serpent, ‘Because you have done this, you are cursed above all beasts, and above every animal of the field. On your belly you shall go, and you will eat dust all the days of your life.” (RET) So, despite popular portrayals, the snake originally had legs, and would have looked just like a lizard. (The 1966 movie The Bible: In the Beginning… correctly portrayed the snake as having originally had legs, and shows it losing them when YAH cursed it.)
